Biography

Dr. Hartman teaches Behavioral Science in Organizations and Introduction to Project Management in Practice at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ. Dr. Hartman previously taught in the graduate, undergraduate, and executive leadership programs at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte.<br><br>As a senior executive at a Bank of America, she led portfolios of business transformation initiatives including significant enhancements to the firm’s supply chain management function, implementation of a global financials ERP system, significant investments in the company’s retail and global treasury business systems, and enterprise operational and compliance risk management enhancements.<br><br>As a managing consulting with Arthur D. Little, she provided project management services to the US Department of Defense, an Audi/VW joint venture in Brazil, the Venezuelan national phone company, Maersk Lines, McKesson, and International Paper.
