Teaching Interests
Professor Pace teaches Legal and Ethical Environment of Business (LAW230), Business Organization (LAW275), Contracts and Sales (LAW331), Topics in Business Law: Alcohol Regulation (LAW393), Business Ethics and Corporate Responsibility (LAW412), and Labor and Employment Law (LAW440). He has previously taught Legal Environment, Marketing and Sales Law, and Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship at the undergraduate level; Legal, Political, and Regulatory Aspects of Business and Law, Ethics, and Corporate Social Responsibility at the MBA level, and Securities Regulation, Corporation, and Secured Transactions at the law school level.
Research Interests
Professor Pace's research focuses on fiduciary obligation law, corporation and LLC law, and comparative state law. He has been cited by the Nevada Supreme Court and the leading LLC treatise. His work has been published in the Wisconsin Law Review, American Business Law Journal, Lewis & Clark Law Review, and University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, among others.
