Biography

I am a geologist and hydrologist who came to Western after working for the USGS. I am part of the Department of Geosciences and Natural Resources and the Interim Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences

Geomorphology, Environmental Geology, Surface Water and Hillslope Hydrology, Hydrogeology and Introductory Geology

Research Interests

Hillslope flowpaths and response, watershed hydrology, undergraduate student learning (particularly group based undergraduate research)
