Biography

Darden is an Assistant Professor at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ, specializing in entrepreneurship and research methodology. Currently, Darden’s research explores social entrepreneurial intention, socio-political activism and its impact on Venture Creation, and the challenges faced by marginalized entrepreneurial groups during the venture creation process. In the classroom, Darden focuses on bridging the gap between academic research and real-world application engaging students with scholarly insights and practical business challenges on the local, regional, national and international levels. His teaching emphasizes critical thinking and problem-solving to address today's entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities and to assure students are Business Ready(r)!
