What You'll Learn

Develop the advanced leadership, communication, and healthcare management skills needed to lead teams and improve patient outcomes across healthcare settings. WCU’s online Master of Science - Nursing Leadership program prepares students to guide organizational change through evidence-based practice, strategic planning, quality improvement, financial management, and systems leadership.

Where You'll Go

Graduates are prepared for careers as nurse managers, healthcare administrators, clinical leaders, quality improvement coordinators, and nursing directors in hospitals, healthcare systems, public health organizations, and community agencies. The program also helps nurses expand leadership opportunities while driving positive change in patient care and healthcare operations.
