Conference Housing
When you partner with Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ event services, it is our mission
to invite our guests into our home. Staying on campus in the residences halls is the
perfect way to immerse yourself and other guests into the community at WCU. Using
this site, we hope you will explore all of our available residence halls. Please note
that due to being an active campus, residence halls are unavailable from early August
to mid-May. Addtionally, due to projects that occur during the summer months, we cannot
guarantee building availability.
GUEST HOUSING
Our residence halls are a mix of suite style and traditional rooms, some with air conditioning and some without. Lounges, recreation rooms, kitchens and free laundry facilities make the residence halls ideal for guests of all ages. All residence halls use a physical key for room security as well as a conference card to scan into the assigned residence hall. We have provided detailed information with exterior images of each residence hall below.

Testimonial
"I direct a weeklong conference for (mostly) adult musicians who are usually far removed
from the experience of campus housing and cafeteria food. However, the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵConference
Services staff makes the experience so incredibly comfortable for everyone with comfortable
dorms, a variety of meal options, and personal attention. We always have such close
interaction with Laura and her staff that we know any issues will be resolved quickly
and thoroughly. Someone is always available to truly listen and to take the steps
necessary to make sure that our experience is pleasant. The music workshop we hold
at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵis similar to others around the country, but we are one of the few that has
been lucky to find a consistent home in which the location of the event is as much
a tradition as the music we learn! I couldn't express enough how lucky we are to
hold our workshop at WCU!"
