
Temporary Employment
Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ has a wide variety of full- and part-time temporary employment opportunities including entry-level positions and those requiring experience, degrees, or certifications. Many of these positions may run up to 24 full months and may be recurring. Temporary employees have access to some benefits based upon eligibility.

Temporary Employment Types and Positions
- Temporary - Hourly: Paid Bi-weekly at hourly rate, may be short term up to 24 consecutive months if full time; part time employment terms may be extended beyond 24 consecutive months on a case-by-case basis
- Temporary - Salaried: Paid Monthly at a set rate, typically for a term of 6 months or less
- All Types:
may be part- or full-time
may be rehired following a 31- day break
may be eligible for ACA Health Coverage

Onboarding:
- An email was sent to you upon hire with a link to an electronic Onboarding Checklist of employment documents and informational materials for you to review and complete. Please complete this checklist prior to your intake appointment if able, but we can assist you with completing it if needed. Please contact Heather Clayton if you are experiencing issues in accessing your checklist or completing this step.
Intake:
- Please bring the following materials to your intake appointment.
- Acceptable forms of ID for Section 2 of the Federal I9 form (MUST be original documents, CANNOT be copies or electronic versions). Please click to see the list of acceptable documents. (You complete Section 1 in your Onboarding Checklist.)
- Direct Deposit information (a blank check, bank statement, or bank letter with your name, bank name, banking institution’s routing number and your account number on it).
- You will complete federal and state tax withholding documents online after your employee credentials have been created.
Timesheet and Email Access:
- Log into using your Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµcredentials and you will be brought to your dashboard.
- Email: An email icon will be shown at the top right of your screen (an envelope); click on the icon to open your inbox or compose emails
- Timesheet: Find the 'My Job' panel on your MyÄ¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµdashboard and click 'Submit Leave Report/Timesheet' and then click 'Enter Leave Report' to select the correct timesheet; enter the days and hours as appropriate, then save and submit when completed for the pay period
Other Employee Resources (IT Help, Human Resources, Policies, etc.):
- Log into '' as above and click the 'MyResources' button on the 'My Job' panel and click 'Login using Microsoft Entra ID' -OR-

Policies, practices, and other information pertaining to Human Resources:
- Navigate to '' > click 'Login using Microsoft Entra ID' > select appropriate menu box or use the search bar to locate your resource

- Find your 'Job' panel on your dashboard and click 'Human Resources'
- Locate your form in the drop-down menus across the top of the screen
- Search for forms using the 'Find an HR Form' search function or the 'All HR Forms' link on the right side of the screen
- Access other resources using the 'Quick Links' options on the right side of the screen
