This site will have information on computer requirements, software downloads, and finding help to most IT related issues with WCU. 

Log Into Canvas

Canvas is where you will complete your courses. You will get access to Canvas once your admitted to your program, and can go through a few training modules within Canvas to get comfortable. As a reminder, your courses will not show on Canvas until the first day of class.

Catamount Email Account

You do not get access to your Catamount Email till you are admitted to both the University and your Program. Until then 蘑菇短视频will communicate with your personal email. Once you have been given access, your Catamount Email will be the only way 蘑菇短视频will communicate with you.

To activate your Catamount Email account

1. Go to http://email.wcu.edu
2. Type in your username and password (will be first part of your catamount email before the @ and you regular password)
3. You may be prompted to either enroll in multi factor authentication  or you will have to have a code sent to another device to log in
4. Following this you should be able to access your email account from the specific device you are currently using without having to do step 3

Once you set up your e-mail account you will also be able to access your e-mail from your My蘑菇短视频homepage.
