And every day presents a new opportunity to take that action further. The latest efforts, spearheaded by passionate faculty, staff and students, have earned this year’s Mountain Heritage Days celebration the NC Green Travel designation.

    Engineering makes national list of best undergraduate programs

    Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµâ€™s College of Engineering and Technology climbed 68 spots to reach No.82 in the 2026 U.S. News & World Report rankings for Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs (Doctorate Not Offered). This places Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµamong the top third of engineering programs from across the country on the list.
