Hurricane Helene stormed into North Carolina on Friday, Sept. 27 and wreaked unprecedented havoc over the following three days. A newly established scholarship fund at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ is designed to celebrate the contributions of the founding dean of what is now known as the Brinson Honors College, Brian Railsback, by providing financial assistance to the college’s students.
