How we can help

A Place to Start: The Dean of Students Office is often a starting point when questions or concerns arise. While we don’t oversee every aspect of the university, we work closely with offices across campus and can help connect students and families to the right people, resources, or next steps.

Think of us as a bridge — listening, asking the right questions, and helping guide concerns to the appropriate place. When you’re not sure where to turn, we’re here to help you figure it out.

Apply for emergency funds
The Student Emergency Fund provides short-term financial assistance to students facing unexpected expenses that may interfere with their ability to engage fully in their education. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are intended to address urgent, short-term needs. Funds may not be used for University expenses and are designed to help ensure unexpected circumstances do not prevent students from realizing their potential.
If you have a concern about a student’s wellbeing, behavior, or a situation on campus—this link will help you find the correct reporting option. Submitting information through the appropriate channel allows the University to respond consistently, an in line with our policies and processes.
