Student Employment
At the Mountain Heritage Center, student workers are at the heart of what we do. Whether you're a graduate assistant, intern, work-study student, or volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a professional museum setting—right here on campus.
We welcome all majors and backgrounds and offer opportunities to help you grow your skills, explore your interests, and contribute to meaningful projects on campus and in the community. Projects range from exhibit design and artifact care to educational programming and research.
What makes the experience even more rewarding? You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll join a cohort of fellow student workers who learn and grow together, supported by a team of museum professionals who are committed to mentoring the next generation of public historians, educators, and cultural leaders.
