Whether you are visiting Western Carolina for the first time or live on campus full time, WCU's Office of Parking Operations strives to provide you safe, convenient access to Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ and its many resources and events. For specific questions or concerns please contact the Parking Operations office at 828.227.7275.

Registration & Regulations

Every motorist desiring to park on campus is required to register with the Parking Operations office. A parking permit is required to secure parking privileges.

While a permit does not guarantee a parking space in a specific space or area, it authorizes the permit holder to seek a parking space in an area designated by the Regulations. Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ is able to provide ample parking on campus for all registered vehicles, although spaces will not always be available at desired locations.

Disability Parking

As a community, we all play an important role in keeping accessibility in mind when we plan events, courses and any other activities on campus. We actively seek to create a welcoming environment for everyone. Disability parking is available in locations throughout our Cullowhee Main Campus.

Please Note: Parking and operating a vehicle on campus is a privilege extended by the University subject to ordinances adopted by the Board of Trustees. This privilege may be revoked if a person seriously or habitually violates the regulations.
