In your myĢ������Ƶhomepage, use the Search Menu to type “graduation” and click on the “Apply for Graduation” link below.

This will take you to the first page of the application, where you can select your program, and then click continue to move on to the next page. If you are pursuing more than one program, please note that you will need to submit a separate graduation application for each program you are pursuing. 

You will then choose the graduation term and if you will be attending the ceremony. If you are unsure if you will be attending the ceremony, you can click “Undecided.” Click Continue to move on to the next page.

You can then select a name for your diploma. You can select from the dropdown menu, or you can enter a new diploma name. Type your name exactly how you want it to appear on your diploma and then click “Continue” to move to the next page.

Click on the drop-down box to choose the address you want your diploma sent to and click Continue to move to the next screen. If you want your diploma shipped to an address not listed (ex: you’re moving to a new location after graduation), choose New and enter your address on the next screen.  **Please note, your address needs to be a mailing address, not a physical address.  Diplomas are shipped through the United States Postal Service, 4-6 weeks after the degree has been conferred.**

In the Graduation Application Summary, verify that all information is correct, and click Submit Request to submit your application for graduation.

If you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation page and you will receive an email titled “Intent to Graduate” which will confirm that your graduation application was submitted.
